Ohjelmassa on rekrytointiasiantuntija Lena Belozerovan (Head of People & Culture, Verda) puheenvuoro rekrytointiprosessista ja vinkkejä työnhakuun sekä työpajatyöskentelyä. Myös yleisön kysymyksille ja keskustelulle on varattu aikaa. Tapahtuma on samalla kevään 2026 Auroras-ryhmien kick-off-tilaisuus. Voit osallistua paikan päällä Vantaan Tikkurilassa tai etänä Zoomin kautta.

Kenelle: Auroras-ryhmien kevään 2026 aktorit ja mentorit, kieliryhmien osallistujat ja ohjaajat. Myös kaikki aiempien kausien aktorit ja mentorit sekä muut toiminnastamme kiinnostuneet naiset ovat tervetulleita.
Kieli: Englanti. Auroras-info ja työpaja tavoitteiden asettamisesta mentorointikaudelle järjestetään suomeksi ja englanniksi.

Would you like to know how recruiters view job hunting and recruitment? Are you looking for more practical tools for professional branding and showcasing your skills? Join us at the Auroras & CeMeWE Career Development Event!
The program includes a keynote by recruitment expert Lena Belozerova (Head of People & Culture, Verda) on the recruitment process, tips for job hunting, and workshop activities. The event also serves as the kick-off for the spring 2026 Auroras groups. You can participate on-site in Tikkurila, Vantaa, or remotely via Zoom.
Time: Thursday, 29 January 2026, 4–7 pm
Location: Laurea UAS, Tikkurila campus, Ratatie 22, Vantaa & Zoom
To whom: Auroras groups’ spring 2026 mentees and mentors, language group participants and instructors. In addition, all actors and mentors from previous seasons, as well as other women interested in our activities, are welcome to attend.
Language: English. The Auroras info session and workshop on setting goals for the mentoring season will be held in Finnish and English.
