Hi everyone, I am Surya, and I am very happy to join Auroras-verkosto as a Salesforce Administrator. From my first day, I have felt a genuine sense of warmth and connection here, and I am excited to learn, share, and grow with such an inspiring community.

My journey began as a Math teacher, where I discovered the joy of mentoring and helping others learn. Curiosity for technology led me into IT, where I spent ten years growing from Tester to Test Lead, gaining strong experience in software quality and process improvement. These skills now help me bring structure, efficiency, and problem solving to my work at Auroras-verkosto.

After moving to Finland, I focused on continuous learning and explored Salesforce for its power to simplify data management, automate workflows, and improve communication. I completed my training at Blue Road Academy in collaboration with Accenture Nordics and earned my Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator credential.

Using Salesforce, I help Auroras-verkosto centralize mentoring data, automate key processes, and enhance communication. This enables the team to work more efficiently and focus on what truly matters, supporting and empowering its community. My combined experience in teaching, analytics, and technology helps me contribute meaningfully to the Auroras-verkosto mission of helping educated international women build their careers, gain confidence, and thrive in Finnish working life.

Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, cooking, and exploring new cultures, which remind me that growth and learning happen in many forms. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and look forward to contributing to Auroras-verkosto while continuing to learn from this inspiring group.
